Marie-Hélène Chezlemas
Marie-Hélène Chezlemas is attorney-at-law at the Hauts-de-Seine Bar since 2005 and has been collaborating with Amstel & Seine Avocats since March 2024 as an of counsel attorney. She specializes in labor law with a specific qualification in company restructuring law certified by the National Bar Council. Before joining Amstel & Seine, Marie-Hélène worked for over 20 years at PwC Société d’Avocats.
Accustomed to working in multidisciplinary teams and in an international environment, she deals with all areas of labor law. She assists French or foreign clients with issues related to corporate life and groups established in France and French overseas territories, both in advisory and litigation matters.
