Job Opening: Employment Law Associate (M/F)
Our firm is currently seeking an Employment Law Associate to strengthen our team of specialized lawyers dedicated to businesses.
You will join an experienced and dynamic team, offering real opportunities for growth, with personalized support. You will be involved in all areas of employment law (individual and collective labor relations) with an international dimension. You will work independently under the supervision of a senior lawyer.
Your responsibilities will include both advisory and litigation work. Advisory services are the firm’s primary focus, while litigation covers a variety of cases in employment law, social security law, and labor criminal law. Some travel may be required throughout the year.

Compensation:
Salary will be determined based on your experience, in line with market standards.
Your Profile:
- You hold the CAPA qualification with 2 to 5 years of experience in employment law.
- You have strong proficiency in legal English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage.
- You have strong analytical and writing skills and are well-organized.
- You are pragmatic, curious, enthusiastic, and eager to work in a multicultural environment.
