Fleur le Roy
As a graduate of both French and Dutch law and after three years’ experience as a Dutch attorney-at-law, Fleur joined Amstel & Seine in 2023. She mainly works for Dutch and Belgian companies that do business in France. Fleur’s activity is primarily focused on corporate law (including company secretarial duties), national and cross-border structural reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and partnership agreements.
